Facing south-east on the top floor of the Roche Mantel residence, L'appartement d'iina is a fully equipped mountain studio designed for a family or two couples.

The mountain alcove
Bunk beds set in an alcove, separate from the living area. A simple, comfortable arrangement for two children or two adults.

Hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, raclette set, crockery and cutlery for four.

Bathtub, washbasin, storage, hairdryer. The WC is separate.

- The apartment is in a small, quiet building: parties and gatherings are not possible.
- Ski boots
- A dedicated room is provided in the building's entrance: please do not wear them in the common areas.
The deposit
A €350 deposit is held as a pre-authorisation on your bank card five days before arrival, and released on departure provided the apartment is returned as you found it. It is not charged. Some online banks nonetheless display it as a debit: that is how they operate. Without a deposit, access to the apartment is not possible.
The pre-authorisation is taken by our booking manager Beds24, connected to the secure Stripe payment gateway. Your card details are stored directly with Stripe: we never have access to them.
Our advice
On arrival, take a short video of the apartment — bathroom, kitchen, living area, WC, bed bases, television, floors, cupboards. It is the simplest way to protect everyone.
